From time to time we may send you emails regarding special offers, if you prefer not to receive these, please send an email to opt-out@balloonsters.com and we will remove your details.

Stock Availability
If at any time we cannot supply you with your requested choice, we shall make an appropriate alternative for the colour of balloon you have chosen.
Please rest assured that any balloons we send will always meet our high standards and will always look highly presentable.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept goods after use.
We ensure that any product sent out is quality checked on leaving the premises, thereafter we cannot accept responsibility if your items are damaged on arrival, however, if you contact us within 5 days from the date of purchase we shall use our discretion in helping you resolve any problem.
Due to the nature of our business, mistakes can be made when personalising your foil balloons, although we take the utmost care and attention to detail when writing your requested message, if a mistake is made, please return the item unspoiled with a printout of your receipt and we shall return to you a replacement with correct spelling or a refund for this item should you request it.

reason for return

Deliveries
Due to the nature of the product we are only able to ship inflated balloons to mainland UK addresses. If you would like the balloons shipped uninflated please send an email to quote@balloonsters.com and we will let you know the price.
All delivery times are estimated and Balloonsters cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. If however, you do not receive your order within the specified delivery date, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
